Regular Permission for 3D Printing: Personal Use

Constituent Factors of this Regular Permission

Understanding how this Regular Permission works is necessary to make sure that the Purchaser is able to access the digital file(s) that he/she wants to buy and is unable to improperly use the 3D printed item from such digital file(s) owned by the 3D designer.

    1. This Regular Permission covers the matters concerning the digital file(s) that a Purchaser buys and the 3D printed items (physical object) that are 3D printed from such digital file(s).     2. exclusive3dprint does not own the copyright over the digital file(s) that are sold on the marketplace. The copyright for the digital file(s) is owned by the 3D designer who creates and uploads them on  exclusive3dprint  marketplace for sale.
    3.  acts as an inte rmediary between the 3D designer and the purchaser. exclusive3dprint ’s tasks in this relationship are to regulate the number of 3D printed items permitted under the rules of the Regular Permission.
    4. The Regular Permission grants the Purchaser the right to use the digital file(s) he/she has purchased and the 3D printed item produced from the digital file(s) for personal use only.
    5. The digital file(s) of a 3D model purchased by the Regular Permission holder are designed for 3D printing only.
    6. All files purchased under the Regular Permission are subject to the Purchaser’s personal handling and 3D printing.
      7. The buyer cannot sell, give away or transmit to another person only the PRINTED MODEL (exclusive 3dprints projects, it is FAN ART)



All 3D models that we allow to be exclusive3dprint service are modeled individually and there are no terms/words/names in the models’ title and description that would infringe copyright, and all pictures are unique and modeling directly by the author of the model.

All our 3D models are not an exact copy of the objects that belong to any brands. And the modeling of a 3D model inspired by/in the style of one or another object cannot be copyright or patent protected. Also, please be advised that no trademarks or any words are used on our 3D models’ pages, which could have infringed the DMCA in relation to any Company.

So, self-modeled from scratch, unique models which have probably been created in the style of one or another object that the author got his inspiration from cannot be copyright or patent protected.
